Integrated Community Health and Wellness Project

Swasti in collaboration with Mark & Spencer implemented a programme called Integrated Community Health and Wellness (ICHW) in Mohammadpur in Gurgaon, India. ICHW aims to improve the health and wellness of communities by preventing illnesses and providing access to quality assured care. The programme expects two key outcomes - increased healthy days for individuals and reduced out of pocket expenditure on medical care. The video is aimed at donors, to engage and inspire them to action and invest further in scaling up the model.
